Thank you for your interest in supporting the River North Art District, (RiNo).

As a state-certified Creative District, our goal is to promote economic sustainability, ensuring that RiNo remains a district where artists can create and thrive long-term. Read about the State of RiNo here.

The RiNo Art District, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, is dedicated to promoting the district as a whole, its members and their enterprise, art and news, while fostering community, communication and opportunity for all.

The RiNo Art District is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors and a small staff. Your support enables us to continue to provide management and administration of District business, membership, public relations and marketing and to publish print and web-based communications.

And membership has its benefits! (Your membership is deductable as a business expense.)

RiNo Field Guide & Map:

  • 10,000 magazines printed twice yearly (with active links pdf version available online)
  • Membership includes a listing and map location in these guides which are available at all participating RiNo locations and delivered to local hotels, restaurants and Visit Denver Information Center.
  • Individual Artist, Nonprofit, Creative Business and Business level memberships include a photo, location/contact information and 10 words with listing.

RiNo Website:

  • over 15,000 monthly page views (rinoartdistrict.org)
  • Membership includes a listing on a RiNo Locations page
  • Individual Artist, Nonprofit, Creative Business and Business level memberships include a link to an individual listing page with photo, location/contact information, active links and 25-75 words. 

RiNo Crow Monthly Newsletter: 

  • email newsletter sent out at the beginning of each month to approximately 5,000 subscribers
  • includes a First Friday specific events page with map open to Individual Artist, Nonprofit, Creative Business and Business level members to promote special events occurring in RiNo on the evening of the first friday of the month
  • includes a News & Events page open to Individual Artist, Nonprofit, Creative Business and Business level members to promote news, announcements or special events for that month (this includes art shows or performances by RiNo members that may be outside RiNo or "At Large")

Membership Support Levels:

RiNo Individual Artist: $50 per year
Open to individual artists/sole proprietors working, residing or creating in RiNo

RiNo Nonprofit Organization: $100 per year
Open to organizations registered as a 501(c) nonprofit and located in RiNo. Copy of nonprofit certificate must be submitted with application.

RiNo Creative Business: $125 per year 
Open to for-profits creating in RiNo where the primary business is creative-based such as visual and performance artists, galleries, makers and artisans, designers, architects, authors and other creative mediums.

RiNo Business: $250 per year
Open to for-profit businesses within RiNo including retail shops, restaurants, bars, services, agencies, manufacturing, grocery stores, real estate, etc. This membership level supports the RiNo Art District, its arts related businesses as well as your business. We can help drive traffic to your locations in the district and create a greater awareness of the services you provide.

Resident Supporter of RiNo: per year
Available only to residents of the RiNo Art District neighborhood who wish to support RiNo’s efforts.
Individual Member: $50 | Patron Member: $250 | Sustaining Member: $500 and above

Friends of RiNo: per year
Available for individuals and companies regardless of location who wish to support RiNo’s efforts.
Individual Member: $50 | Patron Member: $250 | Sustaining Member: $500 and above

  • All benefits are available to RiNo Guardians and their businesses within RiNo.
  • RiNo Guardians have the option to use a free 1/4 page ad space in the RiNo Field Guide.

Rules: All membership dues are payable via Paypal or check and due at the time membership application is approved. Membership will not be granted until payment is made. If payment in full is not received within 30 days of approval, the application will be null. If you need to set up special payment options let us know. Membership is valid for one year.
